No one can honestly guarantee that. What we can do is reduce risk: keep software updated, monitor for downtime and known threats, maintain backups and respond quickly when something needs attention, within the terms of your service agreement.

Yes. We sign a business associate agreement (BAA) with healthcare clients that need one, and any service of ours that handles patient information, such as the AI receptionist, runs on vendors that sign a BAA with us. A plain practice website usually does not need one. When a project does touch protected health information, we plan for it from the start: access controls, encryption, minimum necessary data and short retention.
